Returns

Because of the intimate nature of our products:

• Eligibility: Only unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned.
• Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Non-Returnable: Opened items, lubricants, oils, lingerie, and any product that has contacted the body cannot be returned.
• Defective/Damaged Items: Report within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible unless the product is defective or incorrect.
